We understand that bringing a Labradoodle into your life is an exciting decision, and you likely have plenty of questions about this amazing breed. Whether you’re curious about their temperament, grooming needs, or how to best care for a Labradoodle puppy, we’ve got you covered.
Once you have submitted your “Adoption Application” and a deposit of $400.00, your name is placed on a waiting list in the order the application was received. You will remain on the list until you have chosen a puppy to adopt. You may choose to defer to the next litter, in which case your name will move to the top of the next list.
At Sunshine Doodle Puppies, we primarily breed the multi-generation Miniature Australian Labradoodle, ranging from 18 lbs. to 25 lbs. We also, breed a limited number of Medium Australian Labradoodles, which are on the smaller side of the medium range, as we typically breed a mini with a medium, in these litters. These would range from 20 lbs. to 35 lbs.
Our puppies are raised in our home from birth. When age dictates (8 weeks of age), each puppy is given the initial regiment of puppy vaccinations. In addition, each dog is dewormed, and microchipped (for identification) prior to leaving our home. We provide regular veterinary care throughout the puppies’ early life.
Yes, all of our puppies come with a two-year health guarantee for congenital and hereditary disorders. Our main goal is to breed healthy and happy puppies, and we stand behind every puppy we sell.

We are happy to provide ongoing support if you have any questions or problems with your Labradoodle. If the need ever arises we are willing to help with re-homing your pet.
If you live locally or are able to pick your puppy up in person, he/she will be ready to go at 8-12 weeks of age. We will be glad to assist in arranging air travel for your new puppy if needed. To give you an idea, transportation from Florida to most any major airport in the USA will cost approximately $400. This is your puppy traveling, inside the airline cabin, accompanied by pet nanny.
We recommend grooming your Labradoodle every 6-8 weeks. Regular grooming helps to keep their coat clean, manageable, and mat-free.
Yes, Australian Labradoodles are known for their hypoallergenic properties. However, it’s always recommended to spend some time with a Labradoodle before adopting if you have severe allergies to ensure no allergic reaction occurs. We have numerous testimonies from our customers where children and adults with severe allergic conditions have adopted our puppies with zero adverse reactions.
Labradoodles are intelligent and thrive with regular mental and physical stimulation. We recommend starting with basic obedience training, and then you may consider agility or therapy dog training.
Labradoodles are known for their friendly and sociable temperament. They are good with children and get along well with other animals. We have at least three of our dogs that have been registered as “Official Service Dogs.”
You will need a crate, food and water bowls, toys, a collar and leash, and grooming supplies. You should also prepare by puppy-proofing your home to keep your new pet safe.
We recommend crate training for housebreaking your puppy. Start by taking your puppy out regularly and praising them when they do their business outside. Always clean up accidents immediately to discourage them from going in the same spot.
At Sunshine Doodle Puppies, we are passionate about providing a safe, caring, and exciting environment for your next pet. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and attention, ensuring your furry friends feel comfortable and loved.
