If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please fill out the adoption questionnaire below. We are better able to help you choose a litter when we have more information about you and what you are looking for. Once we have your questionnaire we will review it and be in contact with you.

Caring for our puppies and parent dogs keeps us very busy. We usually respond in 24 hours, but it may take 48. Our first responses each day will go to applicants who opted to include their reservation fee at the time of submission.

We are committed to providing the best service possible for homing our beloved Australian Labradoodle puppies. Please understand we will do our best but by no means are we required to fulfill an order of a puppy and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason at any time. Therefore, I agree not to bring any type of legal action against Sunshine Doodle Puppies or it's representatives if I do not get the puppy I want as we have no binding contracts verbal or written. I certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct. I am also financially and physically able to care for this animal. I understand that proper food and veterinarian care can be costly and I am able to meet these requirements. I fully understand and agree that I am intersted in purchasing a Pet Companion to serve as a companion, therapy dog, emotional support dog and/or a service dog, with a strict spay/neuter agreement. I agree that I will not ever breed or allow this dog to be bred. If I am interested in purchasing "breeding rights" I will speak to Sunshine Doodle Puppies and explain in detail my intentions PRIOR to purchase discussions.
